This clear syrup is produced from the Agave Salmeana plant. It is 30% sweeter than honey.

Can be used as a sugar or honey alternative. Delicious drizzled over porridge, cereal or pancakes or added to hot or cold drinks. Also excellent for use in cooking or baking.
